General Motors (GM) is a recognized global leader in the hydrogen fuel cell space with multiple proof points of its technology.
Navistar is partnering with GM to develop hydrogen-powered long-haul Class 8 vehicles. GM will supply Hydrotec power cubes for each International® RH™ Series FCEV.
Under this partnership, customers can choose the grade of renewability of the hydrogen used to fuel their fleet. OneH2 has a variety of zero- and low-carbon emission hydrogen production options and will tailor solutions to best fit individual customer requirements.
Navistar’s complete solution for customer implementation of a zero-emission long-haul system will be initially piloted by J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.
J.B. Hunt provides innovative supply chain solutions for a variety of customers throughout North America, and has committed to utilize the solution on dedicated routes and to share key learnings.
