    We may also receive information about you from other sources, including through third-party providers, business partners, public databases, suppliers, vendors, and data providers.  For example, if you service or repair your vehicle at one of our dealers or provided consent for that data to be shared with us.  Use and disclosure of this information is limited to the purposes described in this notice.

    If you provide Navistar with Personal Data of third parties (for example, personal/professional references, family members, business partners, etc.,) for the fulfillment of purposes identified in this Privacy Notice, you must inform them about the existence of the processing of their Personal Data and the content of this Privacy Notice. 

    If you provide Personal Data of third parties, you declare with your delivery that you have the prior consent of their owners to provide their information to Navistar and that the information is complete and accurate.

    Our websites may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. Navistar does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Notice/Policy of every website you visit.
  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
    This website and/or Navistar Inc.’s services is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit information online from, or market online to, children under 13 years of age.

    The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires that we disclose the following to you about the Personal Data we may or have collected from you within the last twelve months.
