The Melrose Park plant produces the MaxxForce® DT (the legendary DT 466), MaxxForce® 9 and MaxxForce® 10 on its 1.5-million-sq.-ft. (140,000 sq. meters) manufacturing floor. Melrose is also home to state-of-the-art research and development facilities.

In the capital of the State of São Paulo, Navistar produces the high-speed engine family MWM Sprint and Acteon electronic line, apart from the 10 Series and 229 Series engines. São Paulo is also home to MWM's Center of Technology and Development, where most of MWM's new products and engine applications debut. In 2008, this 915,000 sq. ft. (85,000 sq. meter) plant started one of the most innovative machining lines in the world to produce the CG Iron cylinder block of MaxxForce® Big Bore 11 and 13 engines.

Córdoba, Jesus Maria, Argentina

In the region of Córdoba, the 950,000 sq. ft. (88,000 sq. meters) plant in Jesus Maria produces the HS 2.5L engine to power Land Rover vehicles in England, and provides the machining of cylinder heads, camshafts and timing cases for NGD 3.0E engines, assembly of 4-valve cylinder heads and other engine systems.

Customers include Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, Mercedes Benz and Land Rover in the automotive markets and AGCO in the industrial market

Located in Chaoyang, Liaoning Province, Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Co., is a large-scale vehicle diesel manufacturer that produces Navistar-licensed engines. It developed and manufactured the first high-speed diesel engine for vehicular application in China. The facility is a supplier to multiple key automobile manufacturers, including Dongfeng Automobile and Jianghuai Automobile.

Navistar Canada is Navistar's manufacturing presence in The Great White North. From its headquarters in Burlington, Ontario, Navistar Canada also provides insurance and financing for its customers.

Minsk, Belarus
In Belarus, Navistar has long exported in-line six-cylinder diesels that power Minsk Tractor Works farm tractors and Gomselmash combine harvesters. Following Navistar's 2005 acquisition of leading South American diesel engine maker MWM Motores Diesel Ltda., the company now offers diesel power plants for a wider range of agricultural tractors, construction equipment and industrial power generation sets.

Escobedo Assembly Plant
Escobedo, Mexico

The manufacturing facility in Escobedo, Mexico, produces Class 8, or "heavy" vehicles, such as the International® ProStar®, as well as medium duty, Class 6-7, vehicles for export and use in Mexico. Capable of assembling more than 250 units a day, Escobedo has constructed more units than any other manufacturing plant in Mexico since opening in 1998.

Navistar International Trucks Southern Africa (NITSA) Parts Distribution Center
Midrand, South Africa

Located just north of Johannesburg, this 4,200-square-meter facility in Midrand, South Africa, imports, stocks, markets and distributes aftermarket service parts for the entire Southern Africa region. The PDC supports a dealership in Namibia as well as several in South Africa, including locations in Wadeville, Polokwane, Middelburg, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Harrismith.
